Mordecai is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation team. Her experience spans nearly every phase of the litigation-focused practice, from pre-litigation counseling through trial and appeal. Her subject-matter experience ranges from complex commercial disputes to product liability and personal injury cases to nationwide employment class actions.
 
Mordecai maintains an active pro bono practice and actively participates in community outreach as she is on the Executive Committee for the Richmond Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section.
