WHAT:
Lynchburg, VA – The Lynchburg Adult Recovery Court will host a graduation ceremony celebrating individuals who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to recovery through the program. This event honors their achievements and highlights the impact of Recovery Court services in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Each year, more than 150,000 individuals nationwide enter the criminal justice system due to addiction and, through recovery courts, gain access to lifesaving treatment, opportunities to rebuild their lives, reconnect with loved ones, and pursue lasting recovery.
WHO:
The Lynchburg Adult Recovery Court is a collaborative initiative
established by the Central Virginia Health District, Horizon Behavioral
Health, the Lynchburg Circuit Court, the Lynchburg Commonwealth
Attorney’s Office, the Lynchburg Public Defender’s Office, and the Virginia
Department of Corrections.
