Help Shape A Lynchburg City Transportation Network That Supports – Walking, Biking & Taking Transit Lynchburg Multimodal Plan – Public Meeting, September 24th   A Plan to make it easier and safer for people to get around without a car – to include walking, biking and taking transit – is being developed.   The Lynchburg Multimodal Plan will advance transportation network vision that supports all types of transportation options (such as biking, walking, and public transit) that work together to create
