Business @ Breakfast Presented by Pinnacle Financial Partners
Wake up in style with the Lynchburg Regional Business Alliance at Business @ Breakfast! Hear from special guests that provide local insights, business tips, and of course, a delicious hot breakfast!
The Lynchburg region is home to two of the world's largest nuclear companies, BWXT and Framatome as well as a major manufacturer of industrial power, Delta Star. The 2022 Virginia Energy Plan, announced by Governor Glenn Youngkin, calls for a nuclear innovation hub to be established in the state and for a commercial small modular reactor to be deployed in southwest Virginia within the next decade.
Come to our May Business at Breakfast for a dialogue on how our region is capitalizing on the Governor’s Energy, how our regional energy partners are working to not only support the energy plan but to produce reliable, affordable energy and what is possible in the coming years for us in terms of energy innovation.
Panelists:
Gary Mignogna, CEO
Framatome
April Wade, Executive Director
Virginia Nuclear Energy Consortium (VNEC)
