- A learner-driven review of the ADKAR change model
- An introduction to the StyleWise Communication Plan template
- Time to use the StyleWise Communication Plan template on each learner's respective change initiative they bring to the learning session
- A partner review of the learners' communication plans and feedback to improve plan effectiveness, based on the learned ADKAR principles
