Ribbon cutting held for Loper Financial in Moneta/Westlake

See story in Smith Mountain Eagle...Loper Financial, which offers wealth management and retirement planning, has opened in Moneta/Westlake. The Smith Mountain Lake Regional Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for the new location on Dec. 10th. Community members, businesses, the Franklin County Sheriff's Office, friends and families came out to welcome Abe Loper and his staff to the area.  During the ribbon cutting, Loper presented a $1,000 donation to Brian Keaton, Sr. on behalf of American Legion
