Educator Workforce Academy

Actions Plans
During the Academy, participants will collaborate within their school teams to develop a comprehensive Action Plan. This plan will serve as a strategic guide to identify and address the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) related to their current programming and curriculum. The Action Plan includes outlining specific next steps aimed at strengthening and enhancing educational offerings. Additionally, it will pinpoint areas where the Alliance and its partners can provide valuable resources and support to bridge any identified gaps. This collaborative effort ensures that educators are well-equipped to implement meaningful improvements, ultimately benefiting students in the Lynchburg Region.
Action Plan Instructions will be available on this page soon.
