221 take a right at light across from Hardees. Then take a left at Crossings Centre Drive. We are right across Finks on the right located next door to Simply Vanilla.
About Us
Hello we are an Adult Daytime Center caring for seniors or disabled adults who need nursing support, health monitoring, structured activities, meals, fluid monitoring, bathroom assistance, medication administration, socialization and supervision during the day. We offer a home-like setting that is warm, cozy and special. Our specialty is caring for participants with Alzheimer's or Dementia. We are respite for caregivers! We just moved and are located right across Finks on 221 in Forest VA! We have 2 RN's, 2 CNA's on staff, all of staff are Dementia trained.
We also teach classes training healthcare workers to work in the community caring for all ages. We just relocated and are in the process of transitioning to this new center in Forest. We also have a different location support healthcare training in several certifications. We are VA Board of Nursing approved and VGEC approved.
